Walk the Line: Engine Manufacturing Tour

This 'deep-dive' tour is a 90-minute experience exploring the heart of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, the engine. Guests will take in the sights, sounds and even smells of powertrain production while walking the factory floor. Trained guides will explain the processes of building, testing and inspecting the engines before being shipped off for final vehicle assembly. The introduction to this tour includes a hands-on engine activity.

Walk the Line: Factory Highlights Tour

This 'quick-dip' tour is a 45-minute experience including a 30-minute guided walk-through of key functions in the plant.

Guided tours are offered Monday through Friday. Click on ‘SELECT DATE/TIME’ to view daily tour times.

Important safety information:
This is a walking tour with no stops or seating on the factory floor. Safety vests, goggles and hearing protection will be provided. Guests must be wearing fully enclosed, low-heeled shoes or boots (1-inch heel maximum). No walkers, canes or crutches are allowed. Anyone needing special accommodation should contact us in advance for assistance (phone 262-502-8239). Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under age 12 are not permitted in the factory or the tour welcome center.

Group Reservations:
Private tours can be scheduled for groups of 10-30 guests. Tours are subject to availability and require two-weeks advance booking. Contact us for more information: 262-502-8239 or Email for more information. Private tours are conducted Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
